HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Hey yall! I just bought a mopani wood stick to put in my hermie tank. How do i sanitize it and do i have to dry it? IF SO HOW?

Other than a quick wash in the sink to wash off dust and dirt, I honestly don't do anything else for wood items. Some like to soak in a concentrated salt solution to reduce mould growth, and if you decide to do so, soak, allow to dry thoroughly before being added to the tank.
