The poop is white with a black stripe in it is that normal? I noticed some mold yesterday but I cleaned it out could they be sick?

Wow that's interesting. I have only ever seen it to be one color, and that's poop color. But, that's for purple pinchers. I wonder if other species might differ? Sounds a bit like a bird poop where you have a white part (uric acid) and dark part (true poop). My best guess would be your crab ate something white that went right through?

Is there a lot of poop that looks like this? Could they just be moldy?

Probably not an issue if that’s all you see. It hasn’t been a recurring issue, has it? I don’t actually know how to read hermit feces.
