SOS CRAB STREAKING

Hello all! I'm am still new, and apologize for not putting this on the emergency thread, I don't know how.
ISSUE: I have a PP who we are assuming fell into the water dish, and couldn't get out because her shell was full of water, so she ditched it. Found her a few hours later, put her in a TEMPORARY 5 gal with heating pad, bubblers, and LOTS of shells. It hadn't even been 24 hours, and she was streaking again. She has been in iso for the past 36 hours give or take, she only moves if I put my hand in the tank or uncover it (covered it so it's dark to try and encourage her to get in a shell) I have tried my best to GENTLY ans manual re-shell her, she will not. She will simply climb right out. The only change recently was that I had to move her to my 90 gal because she was bullying my small, (he's doing much better now!), the conditions were almost exactly the same, the substrate almost double as deep (for a jumbo), she has all the food, about 50 percent meat, 25 things like oil, bee pollen, spices, the rest for fresh stuff or random treats like popcorn. I use the safe guide list as much as possible. She had been fairly lethargic before hand, infact my first post was about her..after the post she did great for about a month, (speaking of, I've only had her for 3 months, surface molted once and then a recent molt from her nails, and what we can tell), eating well, moving and exploring. Moved her to a new tank and this happened within a week. Sorry for the info all over, om stressed and worried about her.
THANK YOU!
