Adding a new crab to tank while other crab is under

Is it ok to add a new crab to the tank while another crab is under the substrate?

Yup! I would suggest a dip in the freshwater pool just in case but should be fine! For my crabs, I got them both together so i skipped the dip (one went under so i could only move one to the perm tank, when the other came up the first to be moved was under lol)
