Sand In Crabitat

Post by hermiwormi » Sat May 05, 2018 6:58 pm

I am planning on filling a 40 gallon(not a breeder) tank with sand and EcoEarth. How many 50lb bags would I need to buy to fill 6"? Do I need to buy more than one or would one 50lb bag be enough to fill up to 6"?

I don’t know how much, but you would need more than one for sure
One or hopefully two Clypeatus

One bags fills just about 5 gallons of space. If you wanted to fill it one-third full with sand you'd need three bags.
