I dont think my digital thermometer is working right anymore. The humidity has been that number ever since i put it in the tank. But, when i take it out it only drop 1 degree.

Yeah, probably best to get a new one... sounds like the moisture got to this one - like water dripped onto it...

Depending on where you purchased it you could possibly exchange it for a new one.
Do you mist your tank? If so, in the future perhaps take this out when you do or don’t must around it.

Mine have only ever lasted around 2 years. Regular calibration checks are a must! The humidity levels in the tank will eventually cause problems with any digital device.

How often would you recommend re-calibration?
