Crabitat

Hi! I just got 2 hermit crabs and I’m buying things for their crabitat! Would you recommend an automatic mister for them, or simply just spraying?

Hi! Welcome to the forum! It isn't usually considered a good idea to spray or mist your crabitat because the water can run down the sides of the tank and cause flooding. It's a better idea to find natural ways to raise humidity, like putting your water bowls near the heater, or getting bubblers for the water bowls.

Good luck with your hermies!

Do you have a hygrometer? What is the humidity in your tank? Automatic misters run the risk of flooding your tank.
