No worries lol. The aluminum actually keeps the heat in, by reflecting it back to the tank. If your house stays pretty warm, you can just duct tape aluminum over the entire uth, and that is usually sufficient. If you need more insulation, completely wrap the cardboard in aluminum first (shiny side out), and duct tape that completely over the uth.
