Finally Official!

Post by piratetoothgir » Fri Dec 29, 2017 10:19 pm

Don’t let me slip!
I’m finally established for good, and I have the crabitat, and the nutrition down pact! I just redid the tank again, and my mom got me cork bark, and a fine plant for it!

It looks so pretty, and I changed the way the lights are in the daytime. There’s perfect dishes at each end for the salt and fresh water.

Here’s a picture of the new tank!

There’s clumps of moss on the ground, and a smaller pit above. It’s got the cork hide, and a perching ledge on top. Cholla ladder to the shells, and grapewood lounge.

I love this new setup!

It looks really good! Love the use of those horrible breeder box thing used for aqua!

Thanks! I darkened out the right side, because it makes it look forest like. I hate that breeder box for aquariums, so I used it for shells!

Thanks so much! If you looked in the feeding nutrition, I just served them hard boiled egg yolks to cover protein.
Next week's protein will be some chicken thighs.

Fun egg fact: yolks contain the cholesterol part of eggs (which is great for crabs BTW, because crustaceans can't synthesize cholesterol like we mamals do & need it), while protein is in the whites. :D
