Video: Tour of my crabitat!

Post by piratetoothgir » Fri Jul 06, 2018 7:22 pm

I thought it’d be nice to show my tank in a video, you may be able to see things better than in photos. This video does have my voice in it, so please ignore it if you don’t want to hear it.

Wow! What a great video!!! So, I love how simple yet very efficient your tank set up is! Not too much going on, but plenty of climbing and hides for them. And wow, your crabs were active tonight!

How do you get the mesh to stay along the bottom of your water bowls?? I've seen people zip tie them on the outside but I love the look of it running along the bottom and up the side, keeps a fresh clear look.
Do you use suction cups to keep the lines from the bubbler against the tank? I've been using tape but it doesn't stick with the condensation from the bubbler.
Also, those lights are great! Was it a hood light that fits a 55 or did you make them yourself?

Sorry for all the questions, but great set up!!

Very nice! I like how you set the cuttlebone in a certain area for the crabs so they won't drag pieces everywhere Your voice was also very calming and easy to understand! I still really like the idea of the wheel, and want to add one to my tank.

That was great! It's like your E was performing for the camera. So much better than my gray nighttime video. Lol
