Im looking for craft mesh it cant be colored can it .. also is it safe when they eat it ...?

From pictures on here of others crabitat, many have colored mesh. I also bought colored. I just can’t figure out how to get it to stay in the pool! (Without zip ties I mean) lol

You can buy colored if you want! It's no different than plastic plants. Craft stores often a huge selection of shades.

They don't really eat it - if you check their poop you won't find bright green plastic in it - but they will sit and pick at it if they get bored.

I have always done clear, but recently bought blue for my new pools :)

So what about the burlap mesh stuff or i guess its just burlap .... ? Does it have to be special ? Literally just says burlap like there is the tiniest tag on it

And plants like any kind of plastic plant works ? Do you always spray the plants or can i not spray my.plants ....i neee to go get some

Lol i read a lot about zip ties! On here ... i personally had something like mesh to in my pools and i stuck some down into the sand and packed it just alittle and it stayed ... this was for my pools

I tried this but it kept coming out! I will have to give it a try again
I snip the end to be like a rectangle ! And dig a small hole but kinda deep not to much but ...and i pack the sand down ... but ya .. i got big shells in the bottom to tho... to kinda hold it down incase ...

I used zip ties on the mesh ramp to pinch it together. That way it kept it's shape but was still removable.
