Mold

I have 3 hay woven products for reptiles that I use for the crabs. I have two natural woven hay looking hammocks from Petco and a hay loocking woven climbable background with fake vine plants to add a more natural look. Anyway the backdrop is molding on the bottom by the looks of it. It has already molded once on the bottom so I moved it closer to the heat lamp I used to have to help dry it out, I no longer use a heat lamp and my sub is higher now and touching the backdrop. I also own two pieces of cork bark, has anyone had bad experiences with them? I know one person said they never mold and another said hers molded terribly. My tank is kept about 80 percent humidity and at the most 83 percent humidity. The crabs absolutely love the cork bark and background so I don't want to get rid of either. I do know people recommend boiling in salt water, but the cork bark is extremely fragile and I don't want it to break.
