Crab attacking companion crab

Hi,
We've had our crabs for three days and we are completely new to this. We have two PP both around golf ball size. I just found my slightly bigger crab on top of my other crab in the saltwater dish holding it there upside down full of water. Is this kind of bullying behavior normal?!
