Hey um sorry to keep using the emergency post when the crisis has past but there's this pet store in my town, I don't think it's a company pet store or anything (like petsmart or petco). Well they sell hermit crabs. The hermit crabs didn't look so good last time I was there. Should I rescue one of them or play it safe and go to a different store?

I know that many will say neither and recommend adopting instead! :) But if you want to purchase one from there, feel free too. But I will mention in purchasing from less than ideal conditions you are encouraging bad practices and the need to capture more from the wild.
