Pls help:( I’m a new crab owner my smaller crab went underground a couple weeks ago. One day I see that the big crab went down with him, next day thé small guy is up above the tank , following day he is back underground but seems to be out of his shell. He is currently underground without a shell so I put one near him and he has lots of options around the tank. I’m not worried he’s dead cause he’s not in his shell??? What do I do?? Do I try to gently isolate him with some shell options? Please help:(

Re: Crab underground without shell!
I'm not sure I understand - if a crab is underground, you can't put a shell near him? How do you know he is without a shell if he is buried underground?
