Hello :D my name is Alissa, I'm 19 years old, live in Arizona, and am a full time college student majoring in Physics ^-^
I have loved hermit crabs since I was 10 and have recently purchased two little babies named Viola and Squeegee :D they live with my little sisters hermit crab, Superman :)
They are adjusting very well to their new home and Squeegee has recently changed her shell :)
I also have a ball python, parakeets, and an Australian Shepherd :)
I cannot wait to start talking to you all! :D

Haii!! This site is definitely a staple for hermit crab keeping. My friends keep cats, dogs, and fish. So when something happens and im not sure what to do, its a lot easier to pop on here and ask a quick question then guessing what to do and potentially hurting someone. I dream of having a bumblebee python, balls are gorgeous, even their temperament is amazing. But hopefully the budgies aren't in your room, how would you sleep?! xD welcome! I wanna see pics!!

1 dog, bender the min pin. And one betta named Henry. I dont know if its a boy or a girl, its still pretty young.

Welcome! I too have quite a zoo going on. I have a corn snake, two rabbits, 8 guinea pigs, 2 parakeets, a parrot, a chinchilla, 2 gerbils, a turtle, 2 tropical fish aquariums, a dog, and Clydesdale horses. Oh, yeah; I have hermit crabs too. :D

Welcome to HCA! It's pretty much standard to include picture of all your pets, it stops people like me asking from them! :)

This is my ball python, Loki :)
My dog and parakeets won't stay still for a picture :/
But my hermits and ball python all live in my room :) I really like going to sleep hearing them walking around their tank :) it's really soothing to me :D

Beautiful crabbies! I really love their colouration, PP's (purple pinchers) are soo cute.
Even though I'm not a very big 'snake person' - like I don't mind them but I wouldn't be like *runs over* SNAKE *pets it* - Loki has a really cool pattern.

Loki does have a very pretty colour especially after he sheds it's so vibrant
