More is better. And toss that sponge in their water. They're awful for harboring bacteria. You'll need two water bowl both deep enough for your crabs to fully submerge.... One fresh and one salt. Not table salt; marine salt such as instant ocean. Can use vines and fish net for extra climbing and hiding along with cave. A shell shop will keep the shells cleaner and provide more ground space. If having problems with humidity try bubblers (air stones) in pools, moss pitt, or climbing background. Corner caddies from bath section make great shell shop and moss pitt additions.

Edit - for some reason, I thought I saw a sponge in their water. Sorry, I realize it's not there. I'm seeing things lol.
Can I move the heater? Will it stick at a new spot? Just move it to the top of the aquarium glass? Should it be on the side or in the middle?...or does it matter.

In this case I would remove it, because you have it under the sub. Peel it off very slowly. Then, use duct tape to re-tape it back onto the tank. I have mine at sub level on the back of the tank. :) Good luck!
Truly blessed to have incredible creatures, wonderful friends and my amazing family in my life!! I'm very thankful & grateful for all of them! www.thehealthyhermit.com

I think moving the heater while it's warm makes it easier to peel off. Try to move it only once tho because I believe it loses its heating capability.

I have moved my zoo meds several times and have never had issues with the heating. Perhaps that is a fluke? Idk. I definitely prefer ultratherms, but no issues with zoo meds not heating after I've moved them. Just be gentle.

I too have moved the heaters many times without ill effect. Most will re-stick fine the first 2-3 times you move them.
