Hey it’s been a very long time but I’m back at the crab keeping! I did just buy a few the other day, but I noticed one looks different. The pet store I buy them at exclusively only sells Es or pp. I bought a crab that is about the size of quarter very small. I can’t see to figure out the species though, its eyes don’t seem to be from the E but the colour of it is odd. It ks very bright red. Is it possible for a pp for be bright red. Sorry I can’t figure out how to post a photo. Thank you.

Yeah, PPs can vary greatly in color.
