new crab

so i went into petsmart today to get more water conditioner and i happened to look into the crab tank. the food was moldy and gross and they only had two crabs. a small one and then a jumbo one. seriously the jumbos claw was bigger than the crab. i wanted to get the jumbo since his tank is so small but mine wouldn't be much better so i got the little one. i know that most of yall frown on purchasing crabs but i couldn't help myself. i took one look at that nasty food and water and the dry dirt and i had to save her. she was surely doomed. anyway i've named her artemis after the greek goddess of the hunt. as soon as i put her in the tank she went straight for the salt water and soaked for what seemed forever then buried herself under the substrate and i've yet to see her surface. will post a picture when she comes up

Update
Artemis has switched shells already. I found her vacated Japanese Land Snail shell discarded in the shell shop when I got home from work. No sign of her though. I think she probably reburied.
