I don’t know what’s happening!!

Jarreth dug into a tunnel that Leo was in. They’re both alive and I don’t think Leo was molting, or if he was he’s been done for awhile. He’s not discolored at all. I’m a little concerned still though because Jarreth is kind of a bully. They’re also chirping quite a bit. It looks like Jarreth is trying to rock him but I can’t be sure because I just have a little peephole. ImageImage

Advice???

Ahhhhh ImageImageImage

Crisis averted. I think Leo was just trying to resurface and Jarreth stumbled upon him. They’re now both out of the tunnel and don’t seem to have any beef with each other.

Yay! Glad it was just a misunderstanding on their part.

In the future, if you can't stick.around to watch and if a crab is digging down into another crab and you know for sure they will run into each other, they should be separated until you can determine if underground crab is digging around for fun or molting. It can go from nothing to serious quickly, and they should not be left alone!
