Aggressive Crab?

Post by harry potter » Sat Apr 24, 2021 12:34 pm

Hello. I recently got new hermit crabs so that my hermit crab Harry Potter wouldn't be lonely. He just met one of them and seemed to be slightly aggressive towards it. Should i be worried or no? Should i seperate them?

They’re still trying to decide their chain of command. If you’re concerned about aggression you can dip them all in their freshwater bowl so they all smell the same.

They seem to be doing fine now. The little one (newest) is eating and the bigger one (harry potter) is minding his own business on the warm end of the tank. If i notice any aggression in the future i'll do what you said.
