Mother of Pearl Throne

I was rearranging the shell shop and discovered that one of our biggest jade turbos (1.5 inch opening) is being used as a potty! It was full of poop and orange squishy lumpy sludge! It was the only shell to have poo in it (out of about 35-40 shells) but I thought that was amusing.
Does anyone else's crabs do this?

Shell shops fill up with poo pretty quickly in my tanks. :lol:

*dying* bahahahaaaa! My son would actually love to have that. He is 8 and his favorite way of trying to avoid chores is by hiding out in the bathroom with a book or notebook and pen. He swears he is pooping but I know better!

That's quite amusing! :D I wish mine would do that too, but they like to dump in in the food dish.. Of course...

I had three of my tiny's do this, there was a large turbo shell with the opening facing upward, and that became the poop pit. They've moved to the small foodbowls, and now one of the little guy's I got from an adoption is using that shell as a cave! Hoping that my big guy doesn't go shopping anytime soon :lol:

There is always poop in the shells when I clean out the shell shop. I think they do it just to annoy us.
