Hey,
So I haven't been on this site for a little while, mostly because I haven't seen my crabs in a while.
I have 3 crabs right now: Snap, Big Bill, and Little Bill. Snap has made a small hole in the substrate where I can see him. He isn't molting. He sits there during the day, and has a wild party for one at night. All I ever really see is his shell. But he seems to be eating, drinking, ect., so at least I know he is healthy.
I haven't seen the other two since December 30th. I am getting worried. I have had a total of 7 crabs (including these three). Not one single one of them has ever gone down, and came up happy and healthy (except Snap I guess). So naturally I am worried about them. Do you think they are okay? One is a teeny and the other is a small. And what about Snap? Is this normal?
Thanks,
Bonnie
I miss them
I miss them
It can be normal, but to inly have 3 out of 7 i would definitely worry and re-assess my tat. I would look into every little thing.
Crabbers unite!!!
ETA: i would expect a teeny and small to be up in a month, but 2 or more is not unheard of..

I believe I have done everything right. I have had my conditions checked over 3 times.YYWW wrote:It can be normal, but to inly have 3 out of 7 i would definitely worry and re-assess my tat. I would look into every little thing.

To my surprise, I woke up to find Big Bill out this morning
. After I turned the light on and he saw me, he ran away and hid under the log, but at least I know he is alive!
