For the UTH you can try Bean Farm or Reptile Basics online

For EE, you could try online and get the 3 pack that seems to work out cheaper than getting a single pack. But either way, I'm not sure where one could get a bulk amount (and even then, depending on the ratio you want, it wouldn't take much to fill a 150g)

^ This and I would highly recommend either of those two UTH mats, along with a temperature controller for them. I've tried heat mats that were more like a heating pad w/out the cloth cover on it. They'll definitely work, but weren't as effective as bean farm for me.
In terms of coco fiber, sometimes you can find sales/deals at the big pet places, or you can mail order it. Use play sand from home/hardware stores to mix with the sand.
I'd recommend putting lighting diffuser plastic egg-crate across the back and a side or two. It's perfect climbing media for them and perfect to attach things to w/ zip ties, etc.

Yes! I got a 48in uth from bean farm that will fit across the back and also a dimmer.
