Types in moss in my yard safe or not?

Hello! I have some questions about some types of moss that I have in my yard that could be safe for crabitat use.
The first species is "Entodon seductrix" ( this is what google says at least). The second species is "Dicranum scoparium". I also have a question about Japanese Maple tree leaves in my PP's tank, would they be safe? And one last thing, why does autocorrect replace "crabitat" with "crabmeat"? Kind of disturbing for my hermies. Thank you! :)

Maybe auto correct does not recognize "crabitat" as a word...
When I write it it always gets that red squiggly line under it that means it is misspelled.

Also, on this list: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=92557
"Japanese Maple, leaves and branches (Acer palmatum)" is listed as a safe food.

I think I found something else that said you just need to make sure it is sterilized when foraging, so I ended up putting it in there after 4 days in the freezer.
