So my two PP's, Frodo and Samwise are in the new crabitat. The three E's I have are still in the 20 gallon....buried. Two of those I've seen every few days. Anyways, Frodo and Samwise both changed shells not too long after bringing them home.
Today though, Frodo changed three times in front of me!

He changed into one shell (brown), then another (pearl), then back to the first one (the brown). He was so neat! The first time took forever, do they do something inside the shell with their claws? Like smoothing areas out or cutting something? I tried several times to get video but my cell phone was about to die. I finally got his last change, actual change occurs around the 3 minute mark. He seems to be satisfied by this shell.
Guess that For Sale sign did the trick? Hopefully it will work with my E's that have painted shells, at least once they surface and I can transfer them to the new tank!
