I don't see many turbo shells in that picture--lots of shells but not the right kind. I would hazard to guess that if you had that many turbo shells, Gary would not be bothering the other crab.
"Aggressive" crabs are crabs whose needs are not being met--something is wrong and they are trying to fix it by attacking other crabs to steal their resources and/or eat them (to gain something that is missing).
You've made a ton of improvements since you first got here so don't take this the wrong way. You should be proud at how far you've come. I think if you now concentrate on getting the right kinds and sizes of shells and improving the diet; you'll be golden.

I just ordered turbos Thursday, but Yeti is not even in a turbo. I am letting my daughter, who Gary belongs to, take him to her dad's. I set up the 5g I had for them at first, for just Gary.
