Pet Magasin Digital Thermometer and Hygrometer for Terrariums and Aquariums
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KYBY2H6/re ... gybR9T766B
Looks like a new brand. All reviews are within a month or 2. I had it in my "list" on Amazon because I was looking at a few different ones since my Accurites went out. I guess my wife ordered it because it just came in the mail.
Here's to hoping it works!

I have never tried that one, but it seems to have great reviews.

Seems to be dead on. My humidity is reading lower than normal at 75% but I had to switch to a higher wattage incandescent bulb for a while in my lamp. I just switched back to a CFL bulb, so we will see if that helps.

I love that it had the sticky stuff already on it. I attached it to a plastic ruler and stuck it as far down as I could and it still have 2-3" from the sub. My Accurite that's going out is sitting in the sub. (The humidity is working, the temp isn't) I didn't realize there was a 15-20% difference just 3-4" off of the sub floor!!

The downside to any of these thermometer/hygrometer combos where the entire unit goes into the tank is that the humidity is eventually going to kill the digital display. I've extended the screen life of my latest Acurite by taking it out of the tank to "dry out" for 24 hours once a week -- so far, so good. When that Acurite's screen dies, I'm opting for one of those probe units from ReptileBasics.com: only the probe goes in the crabitat, leaving the display unit nice and dry outside the tank.

I have one of them, they work fantastically.

Us too! We have 2 from Reptile basics with just the probe going in and I love them because the display unit sits outside and I can see the numbers soooo much better! I have old eyes

I got a probe like that from pet smart. It works perfect. I love it.
