What water pumps do you know that work really well?
Do you know of any DIY water pumps?
Any water pumps that are battery powered and compact?

If you're hoping for a battery powered pump, all I can say is that you might as well not have one at all. :)

However, i can't really list any brands that would be suitable as I live on a totally different continent. The best bet is to look around - both in store & online - before making the final decision. Like crabs, it is worth doing some of your own research IMO. :) That way you gain the best knowledge and have a variety of perspectives.
