Its not for burrowing animals. As in.. It is a clay and you mold the tunnels yourself. Could be useable for a small tunnel area but not really with hermits as.. Substrate would cover it or.. Where would you put it?

If it's 100% natural clay you could use it to create a background, or make hides for them. It won't hurt them, but it could get messy.

I was thinking more of on top of the substrate, with flowers and what not on it....kinda of a large climbing playground
But after watching the instructional video - it probably won't work as it would either leach the humidity or crumble because of it. I thought it would be more solid....
