I have offered this type of oak leaf to my crabbies several times and they won't eat them. Do yours? Mine only prefer Live Oak Leaves.

I put oak leaves that are similar in my tank. I never really saw the crabs eating them. They do like moving and hide under them. The Isopods too. The leaves will get small holes then over the course of a week will get bigger and bigger until just the main veins of the leaves are left.

Mine devour oak and maple equally, fresh or dry. I'm not entirely sure about the oak species though, there are several so that may be why!

Mine are really weird like that. They like the green leaves, and then they don't like that type of the Oak. We do have them here in Florida. I just don't get it. Picky Picky. We have a species called a Live Oak - they love them green or brown from that kind though!
