My two crabs do this as well, they will sit in their favorite hide, face each other, and just chat for hours, no agression, just chatting! I wonder what they talk about, hopefully the new toys they just got, and the freeze dried shrimp that I suffer everytime I open the jar to give to them!

Or maybe they are talking smack about us and how we are weird for wiggling our fingers at them and taking 75 million photos of them! Who knows! I wish I had a hermit crab translator, would make crab keeping so much easier, and satisfy my curiosity!

That could be too! I def wiggle my fingers at them a lot, especially when they come to the front of the tank, ha!

I think most of us wiggle our fingers at them and take pictures of them, they are probably used to it by now, doesn't mean they don't think we are weird, just used to it!

Thanks! I did that myself. I used craft mesh/plastic canvas and zip tied it to the wheel. There's 3 slots around the outside, and I slipped the zip ties through there.
