boss is ill, its going around

Got the text, can you go in at 9, I'm sick..I think I have strep, can't swallow, feel like..Well you know..message from my boss. So I sit here in a quiet library hoping it stays this way the rest of the afternoon. No one brings their sick kid from the Dr office saying oh we thought we would grab a few books ( hack hack ) all over miss Laurie as you hand them to her. My kids have had but they are grown and out on their own. I have only 2 calls one for books in box with ships on them and I told they lady I'm sorry I don't see them yet, then an hour later the Fed x guy brings them..go figure..Then some lady calls wanting to know if we have the paper or micro film that goes back to 1886!? Wanting to know about a circus that came to town.. been fixing books in the system got 200 done only about 20,000 or so more to go..give or take.. it's 3 now only 2 more hours and then clean the clinic and home!
