under the knife

I was cleaning at the clinic and bent over and ripping pain shot through my left arm and then kind of froze..I couldn't move it. I finished cleaning one handed went home and iced it thinking I just must of twisted it. By morning my arm looks all bumpy swollen I can't even dress MYSELF. Called the drs that did my surgery in 2011 got in & they did x rays and it looks like a pin that holds my shoulder in place has popped. Now I have to go back in and he said he can do scope and fix it but doesn't know if I have tore my muscles again so I'm looking at either 6-8 weeks of recovering or 6-8 months ( that was my last time) I sat and bawled..it is so painful l and a pain in the butt to go through.You have to have people do stuff for you, I have to give up my cleaning job...Will be out of my library job for a bit to..
