fired, dont care what does that mean?

Well I was cleaning the clinic and got a text from a board member of library saying come to meeting bring key. I knew what was up. I step on Monica's toes , stuck up for myself , and she didn't like it so was having me fired! So they acted like they had bussiness to go over. Then Monica hands me my check and a letter and it said said patrons were complaining . That was bull you know what! She used it as a scape goat and told a lie to the board , had no proof to back it up. They just signed the paper. For our 8 yrs I have heard complaints about her and what a pig she is on her side. Having her friends up there for hours being loud, she gone all the time. She back stabs people. For 8 hrs I have seen her act like a *******g crazy woman scream and cuss at a computer say how she hates her job and how she would love to see them replace or find someone to work for what they pay her. No one would do it. She said if her husband he has now got this one job she was going to leave high and dry and no one is to contact her and ask her how to do the job she did cause no one helped her. She brought a married man to the library and had affair there. But I kept my mouth shut.. She was a toxic person. It was getting to the point where I was kind of looking to her going on vacations but unfair that she would take more than 2 weeks and get away w it and you can't say a WORD! She was lazy, I would come in and books that patrons brought back would be on the floor , on the shelf on the other shelf to put in the box to go to the other library. She would say she was really busy..She is there 3-4 hours and can't put anything away in that amount of time? No cause I know what she is doing. Looking up where am I going on vacation next? What clothes am I going to buy on line because I hate doing laundry and they are 80$ jeans 60$ shirts then if they don't fit she throws them in a closet. She is stupid not thinking I don't know how to look up her history. The only thing I was mad is that she lied. Other than that I don't care about it. Will I miss the money? Yes.. I will adjust. But glad to be away from her and the board and that was another thing. Had a board member that would brow beat me all the time over books , when and why haven't they come in, they should be in..when they come in I want that book..I have no control when they come in! They get delivered to my house I take them to the library , entered them and took them to her house and even when she was sick or just didn't want to get out. I did it for patrons to. I bent over backwards for that place. But Monica said she ran that PLACE, she was never there! I was it takes team work and it made it made mad I told her there is I in team.. She could use that as a means of fire so used the patrons. I'm not going for unemployment. It's not worth the hassle. You have to go 45 miles to sign up, then the boss lies about you any way, you can never get money. Either you can never make enough or to much to get it. I have my cleaning job , they appreciate me for what I do, it is team work there.. there is the word thank you, there is smiles from your co workers, you give respect you get it back..the library, she just thought she could buy your friendship. Never treated you the way the clinic does, it was toxic negative ..So if I wasn't upset, never cried I guess I was ready to be gone and maybe that was what I needed to happen? Just didn't her to lie. If people ask I set the story straight!

@Laurie, I can already tell you whats going to happen with Monica she is going to keep doing things her way and she will get caught as the saying goes what comes around goes around, somebody else is going to come in and really ruin her life and she'll rue the day she black balled you to the board.All bad little children get their comeuppances sooner or later she's going to have to pay the piper and she wont like it when it happens.Not everybody will be willing to look the other way when she doesn't show up for work, or shows up late somebody worse than she is is going to raise a stink and when they do she'll get that nasty little smirk wiped right off her face.My local library doesn't pay their staff its a volunteer basis job so they have a lot of people rotating in and out as they can to help out so there is no board no staff meetings its all a co-op situation.Your better off not having to be around Monica, I don't personally know her but I have heard way more than enough to know that she is a bitter, petty, selfish little person with a huge Napoleon complex.She thinks she's getting away with it now but just you wait and see she'll be tossed out on her bum before long.

It was only brittni and I, she was at school and works to. They claim there was no money. My replacement could only stay til 3, in the notes I saw she said think of hiring 2 part time Along w brittni this way more coverage. Ya so she can run and not be there. The board is not paid over half is quitting, old age been on it for years. No one wants to be on the board. She was supposed to call the count house to talk to someone about not having so many people . No one wants to be on it cause no one does anything. The roof leaks, the carpets are crap, she is pig, her side is a mess, EVERYTHING like I said. She dreams and yells at her computer! Now how mature is that?? ,'really!! She has fudge on taxes and levies. I know karma will bite her in the butt, I have no issues setting the record right to people that ask why aren't you working today? Their responses are I don't like Monica and the geL going up their..yep and I was the bad person..
