faulty equipment, lack of organizations, no cleaning supplies

I'm just about ready to quit the cleaning job. Monica sold her clinic to a hospital 25 miles away. 1.They have their own cleaning supplies down there , I'm supposed to be using. Do you think someone would of brought me the stuff I needed? No. I have had to play patty cake w a nurse and run out of stuff then get told I have to call so and so..couldn't they told me I needed to call them from day one? The laundry people don't send my rags back that I'm supposed to use..grrr! 2.Then we had to take these test and mostly they had nothing to do with me but required. Well as the woman reads and its on the computer this can be printed off so you can read it if you don't want to stare at a computer. Well I went to take these test and they just gave me this pile of papers all out of order and makes it hard to look things up when you take the test. So I took the mess of papers and put them in ORDER and stapled them.. I get a text where are the test papers? Meagan wants to take it some are missing and out of order. I just saw RED ! I text back I used what I was given, I did not throw anything away, nothing should be out of order when it has the subject of paper on top and numbered..3.They want to recycle, o.k. I'm all for it. I hate it when they throw all their papers on the floor or cram a box in the trash. Well we don't have a recycling box. I asked them to see if we could just use wears drugs they never use theirs, well I didn't get a word on it. So I took a tote from work and put a recycling symbol on it that I laminated from my other job. Not one person said thank you for making us a recycling box!4.since this new place took over they went and change dead bolts on the doors, the one we had was fine and worked. This junk they put it is infuriating! They had to alter the door so now the door doesn't close right. ( I guess ) I get a text..Yes no one can't call! Hey the door was wide open this morning. I got a call from the cop at 4 a.m. no one was in there just think you didn't get the door locked. Now I jiggled the bottom door handle and it didn't move, we can't lock this anymore cause if carthage memorial wants in they can't get in ( a big pile of poo ) they can get keys made..I heard the top dead bolt click. That had to be one **** of a wind to blow that door open! I think someone went in after I cleaned to do something. Then when the place was broke into it wasn't Laurie we have been robbed! It was did you?Did you go into wears drugs and leave our hammer? Why would I take a hammer in there? Why would I go in there in the first place? Then they find out it wasn't even their hammer! So it's like I'm being blamed. Laurie did you open my office window? No..if anything it's you all that open them and leave them!They were robbed again that weekend.but I got blamed for leaving a window open.I don't open windows in that place.They are back stabbing ungrateful PEOPLE that claim they are so Christian. This yesterday about the door and the papers and every thing just set me in tears..it's like I don't want to go there any more if I know they are going to be there

@Laurie, I can tell you need a change of pace and scenery.Sounds like its time to find somewhere else to work and I can't blame you for not wanting to go back there I wouldn't either if I'd been treated half as bad has you have.I know a fair bit about locks and such and Schlage, Master Lock, Brinks, Baldwin, Weiser and Defiant all use proprietary keys that are not supposed to be copied which makes them harder to pick and harder to get spares made for and so a lot more secure.Generic or El'Cheapo lock companies like Halfele, Wright Products and Honeywell all use a pretty standard key design in the their basic lock models which makes them very easy to pick and to get spares made of which makes these locks pretty useless.I don't touch digital locks that can be integrated into your automated home security system because these locks and the systems themselves are worse than useless because they use a wifi signal to talk with each other and your smart phone or tablet that can control them wirelessly which means anybody sitting outside your house with a lap top, tablet or smart phone can hack the wifi signal and take control of your security system unlocking the doors and turning off the alarm before they ever get out of their car.You shouldn't be blamed because your employers are using inferior locks, by the way if the door has to modified to accommodate the lock then that lock is not standard in design legally putting the employer or business using it whole liability if they should be burglarized they could technically loose their property insurance for using a non-standard lock as that is a security breech in and of itself not than many people will understand that.

Not to many places in town you can work with out going 25 miles. Open country roads in winter here are so bad people spend the night at their jobs now. I for one don't drive out of town any more. My fibro has got so much worse. It hurts to drive and that's an other issue. They have meeting in carthage, 20 miles away. The sheets say mandatory well the girls in the office and one particular girl is complaining( not what I want to call it!) Saying do I have to go a ton of times? I told her I don't know I'm not getting e mails. I told her to that hours of these meeting won't work for me because of my library job. She starts in on me saying well they have a 9 a.m. 2 p.m. 10 p.m. Saturday..I told her I can't go to the week days that is leave time from here 30 min.drive up, one hour for meeting ( -so she says ) then drive back? I would or make it back by 11, I don't get a lunch hour, I am not going to no 10 p.m. meeting! My hours change day to day month to month, if Monica calls in sick or is stranding or something has come up then I have to open up. She said can't you tell her no , you have a meeting..I said no SOMEONE has to open the library! Then she jumps on me about who my boss is? Like why do you care? I got home and called this shed my girl that I have been talking to. Told her about my hours and why I can't go to these meeting. She told me don't worry we tape THESE meeting for people that other jobs. You watch them at work let us know . So I e mail this girl about her worrying over these meetings and all she said was you haven't been logging out. Wow..it's going to be lets pick on Laurie day..Then I go over and she starts in about going to the meetings. I think they are jealous.Then we all had to take these quiz and test. The first one I did on my own I chicken scratched notes on paper. No one gave me printed out sheets. With the others I was given print out sheets of what was talked about and they were out of order. I took them and sorted them and stapled them then she kept saying one was missing and they are out of order..that is a crock of crap! I have to clean in the after noon we shall see how it goes..
