people need to tell others how to do their job

Just need to vent. A board member came in and made a comment after I told a co worker to sit take a break. We had just took a bunch of books and put them away, enterened books using the new way. She says people come in here and go on the street and talk.. I just said so.. let them talk..I don't care. She said well the come in here see things and they talk..again I said I don't care. She said what's the matter you sure are grouchy.. Well that really made me MAD! I thought and thought o.k. why?? Then I emailed her. I told her we have delt with this before, a lady went as far as writing a letter to the mayor, complaining about it being to crowded, we are very small. People complain about the toys, the kids love them , we don't have a lot.complain about people being in there and talking for hours, sorry not my friends that is the bosses friends. I am not responsible for the yard work, exterior, interior of the building. We have a housekeeper until Monica says she is done for the season. There is no set time for books to be put away, if they can't be put found on the shelf then they are checked out, missing or we don't have it. She is very rude to and I think that has a lot to do with it. Coming in and saying so and so is coming out with a new book and I want it..before I can get them entered she is back behind my desk grabbing books then gives them to others..points to a pre order sheet and says this book is delivered today.. I said just cause it says it says it's delivered today doesn't mean it will get HERE. She got all snotty and said it said today, Monica pre ordered, I want it.. what other business can you go into and do that?? I feel that is rude..So yS I will get a little grouchy when PEOPLE come in treat me rudely and tell me how to do my job..
