I'm so sorry Double. Even though the conditions you came from were bad, I had hopes of you spending a long time with me. You were such a pretty crab with beautiful color and your neat little candy striped shell. I knew when I saw you that I wanted to give you a family and home. I'm so sorry that your legs fell off and the stress overtook your tiny body. I hope you felt safe and comfortable in my tank, if only for a short time. Just because I didn't have you very long doesn't mean I loved you any less. Mommy will never forget you!
