Hello all its been awhile

Since I mostly stick to adoption and rescues its rare that I buy crabbies but as I was waiting for my dog getting groomded (I call it her spa day) LOLI took a walk over to the crab tank I always do I have noticed over time my petsmart has been slowly getting better I have talked to them over and over again maybe its paying off but who knows I haven't seen any painted shells for over 2 years they call there "fancy crabs" the ones in polished shells and regular crabs are in the not so pretty ones and they are not selling painted shells either so I see it as a victory.Anyway I seen this one lonley small PP crab really active wondering around in the tank in a cracked whales eye shell I watched him for a few and said to myself "well I can't leave him alone in there" To my suprise he seems to be adjusting well dropped the cracked whales eye in 2 days and has been trying on new shells daily all turbo I think he's looking for a light one so far sticking to the thinner pearl white one's.Haven't figured out a name for him yet thinking I will be losing sight of him soon because I really think he will be going down to molt seeing as he's loving the food dish his coloring is dark and dry looking.Here's for hoping the first goes well.
