My Es were little angels for the first month and a half I had them :) But that all changed... There are now new craters dug in the tank EVERYWHERE fresh for me to fill in every morning. :roll:
3 Es: Frederick, Shelby, Sebastian

Ha ha... I'm a little on the "Grrr" side in the morning, so they get their fresh food removed and that's about it. I do the tank rearranging when I get home from work... ~*shrugs*~ Call me lazy, but that's just the way my mornings are. I need coffee! :shock: lol

I've had mine for over a year and they still don't act up. I leave the holes that they dig. I only fix what falls down (ie. vines). I just spray in the morning. All tank cleaning takes place at night. No time in the am.

My crabs decided to dig tunnels under their water dishes, last night. They then proceeded to dump all the freshly churned dirt on top of their coconut hut, effectively burying it. Just for kicks, they also went over and flipped both feeder shells over. o.o;

Crabby tantrums! lol

lol Crabby tantrums indeed. I swear the shell burying really is Sebastian telling me what he thinks of my shell choices. :roll: lol

lol what mine do is when they eat they throw what they dont want out of the food bowl, surprisingly my ant PP is one of the destructive ones alont with his buddy E Scoot, they drag my footlong piece of choya wood around the tank, also they carry to food dish to where they plan to tunnel sometimes
Currently No Hermit Crabs until I am out of college, but I have over 5 years of crabbing experience, and much advice to offer :)

I know what you mean about the buried shells! A good portion of mine are buried because they don't meet my crabs high standards. You'd think since they didn't get a lot of choices in the wild, they wouldn't be THAT picky. Apparently beggars can be choosers when it comes to crabs. :roll:

Hahaha! I currently have 5 shells for Marie, 9 for Sebastian, 6 for Jacques and only 4 for Stitch because he's new... And NONE of them have swapped for me. :? Little boogers...
