I could use these for all my guys. :D It'll keep my orange E orange and it'll help bring back colour to Scarlett. :3

Excellent info! I would not have suspected the high level in many of the green leaf veggies.

That's what amazed me so much. I was trying to pump my straws full of red and orange veggies, but there is so much variety I could be giving them and still be enhancing their color! The list definitely changed how I feed my straws.

I just wanted to bump this post because we seem to have a lot of new straw owners on the forum. I think it's a great wy to see that your straws can get plenty of beta carotene outside the traditional orange/red fruits and veggies! :)
