I hadn't planned on buying, but since my "adoption" fell through until an undetermined time in the possible future, I cracked. They had four little guys and one large up, a couple suspected to be down. I felt bad leaving the big guy, but I got the four little ones.
Not the best pictures, but I didn't want to disturb them further after the 45min drive from there.
This little guy is pretty outgoing when it comes to coming out of his shell, though did try to pinch me at the store. I believe he has one leg missing on his right side, and one eye looked a little deformed (can't remember if it was him or another. Sorry it's so blurry, he was moving around.
This guy is definitely the most outgoing. He is the one who clamped down on the poor girl at the pet store and certainly would have done the same to me given the chance. The second picture is horribly blurry as my hands were shaking, but I wanted to show size.
One of the shy guys. He poked his head out a little after this picture but otherwise stayed hidden.
The tiniest guy, and also very shy. I felt so bad when I had to dig him up from the bottom of the kritter keeper I had used to bring them home. He pretty quickly made his way into hiding after this.
No idea on names yet, but I'm letting them chill for a couple days before bugging again.
Hopefully everyone goes down for a molt soon.
