Best way to use a heat lamp in a 10 gallon

Apparently heat lamps are a huge humitity suck and to fast temperature riser but it's all I got someone suggested mounting it above the tank some how but I don't know how that's done. Please help been having major humity issues. Here's links to pictures of my tank and what's above it.

There is no safe or best way of using a heat lamp on a ten gallon, heat lamps are not meant to be used on tanks smaller than thirty gallons because they dry the air out and uniformly overheats the enclosure due to a lack of air space. You will need to get a uth pad rated for a thirty gallon either side or back mount it and get rid of the heat lamp asap, the heat lamp is literally cooking the crabs from the inside out and the longer you use it the more damage to them will be done.

I've only used it for a few minutes once or twice a day and I think at most for fifteen at a time.
