personal day

My friend e mailed me last week asking me if I would take a personal day and go to Quincy w her, her mom and grandma for a birthday dinner and shopping. Last yr they said they were going to do this and at the last minute I get a call and she said oh mom said its to far to drive grand ma doesn't want to go now. I was so mad! I told Joann I took the day off, I don't get pd for it..I didn't take it to just sit at home. I lost money, I could of worked. Well we went to Burlington..boring.. we do that all the time. This time I made it Crystal clear.. I'm losing 35$ if I take this day off, I can't make up the hours..I'm giving it to brittni..we dang well better go to Quincy, not taking off just to go to Burlington, I can do that Thursday afternoon or Friday. Tonight I get a call its Joann we are still going but grams isn't feeling well she says she can't be ready by 9:45 give her til 10:15..if grams isn't ready and grams isn't feeling well sorry grams then you need to stay home.They all complain about being on a budget, having no money, well they need to be considerate about other people's money to. At least w the clinic it's just me I can go in at anytime and clean after 4:30 until 7 a.m. the next morning. I won't lose money, but I make less. I would have to work about 5 extra hours cleaning to make up the library hour lost if we don't go and I will not be a happy camper. They are the people that God provides, I'm the people of you take of yourself and then takes care of you.
