My school has a pet hermit crab in a little shop that is currently getting way below adequate care. I noticed him the other day and right away contacted some people asking if I can try to rehome him. I am an aquarist, but I have little experience or room to provide this crab with a good home. I would be willing to drive halfway, or all the way depending on location. He is currently all alone in a ~40gal aquarium with like 1in max of substrate, barely any hiding places, no shells, no heater, etc. Apparently he was with 3 other crabs but they all died (no wonder).
