why does my hermit keep switching shells

my hermit switched shells yesterday and switched shells again today. Is that okay? or normal

he is switching his shell again with the same one he left. its only been a few mins

pls idk its okay or not i dont want to sleep knowing he might be in harm or if hes js playing or if its js normal

That’s normal behavior, sounds like they tried on a new shell and decided they liked the old one better
