In the YouTube video I am looking for the logs that they have. What is it called, I have yet to find them at any store I've been to and in the second pic I am thinking of turning 2 20gallon tanks upside down and put those logs in it and to suction cup fishnet and more Tupperware holders like the ones I have now.

The holey tubes? That is cholla wood! You may need to special order it, it's hard to find pieces over 6 inches but they do sell it in some pet stores!

Yep, it's cholla! That's an awesome climbing branch for crabs because it has the holes in it!

I also noticed that this person uses the same plants as I do

Thank you! I've seen it but it was so small it wasn't worth it. I've seen so many cool ideas but with my crabs as big as they are a lot of it doesn't work with my guys.

You can purchase large pieces of cholla on eBay

Just make sure that they have not cleaned them with any chemicals! I have purchased two beautiful long pieces that way after a fellow crabber gave me two huge pieces

if you have isopods they will hide in it.

Definitely check Ebay, as crazy as that sounds. There are people who live in the Southwest who harvest it from their backyards and sell it. I managed to find a three foot chunk at a pet store that was Galapagos brand.

Does anyone think that having 20 crabs in a 55 is a bit much?
That video by farfinmosker says in the description that he has 20 crabs. I watched the video, and some are quite large.

That's actually one of our long time members/admins (wolfnipplechips). They're extremely experienced and have even attempted to raise their zoea.

Also that was published in 2012 so IIRC they have larger tanks now.
